2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Requirement
Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and play on the 99xc platform. Providing a false age during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — using the same name, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in permanent closure of all accounts.
Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration — name, phone number, payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Any changes to this information must be reported to 99xc support immediately. 99xc will not be responsible for withdrawal delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information.
Identity Verification (KYC)
99xc may request proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method confirmation at any time — particularly before large withdrawals. An account may be temporarily suspended if the required documents are not submitted. This process is carried out to ensure the security of the user.
3. Account Security
Password & Login Protection
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Do not share your login details with anyone.
Unauthorized Access
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until you have informed support.
Device & Session Security
Always log out after using 99xc on a public or shared device. 99xc will never ask for your password directly via email or chat — if you receive such a message, notify support immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
99xc currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.
Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if identity verification or additional security checks are required, processing may take somewhat longer.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The name on the deposit and withdrawal accounts must match — transactions through third parties are not accepted. This policy is necessary to prevent money laundering.
Transaction Rejection
99xc reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction where fraud is suspected, information is inconsistent, or a technical error is detected. The user will be duly notified in such cases.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 adds the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = placing ৳30,000 in wagers makes winnings from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.
Bonus Claim Eligibility
Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or different identities will result in cancellation of all associated accounts and bonuses.
Bonus Validity & Rules
Bonus funds and real money are managed separately. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonus funds. If wagering is not completed within the specified time after bonus activation, the bonus may be cancelled. 99xc reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
VIP Program
The 99xc VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers advance through regular and active gaming. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% in weekly cashback.
6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
Fair Play Guarantee
All games on the 99xc platform are operated through internationally recognized game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi). These providers follow Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play standards. Game outcomes are entirely automated and are not influenced by 99xc or any third party.
Game Results & Disputes
If a game result is called into question due to a technical error, contact 99xc support. However, complaints against normal game outcomes will not be accepted. For wagers placed during a technical outage, 99xc will make a decision at its own discretion.
Sports Betting Rules
Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Read the conditions for your chosen event carefully before placing a bet. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or changed in an unscheduled way, the applicable 99xc rules for that situation will be followed.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xc platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence
- Using technical exploits or manipulation to influence game outcomes
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Strategically placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements ("bonus abuse")
- Transferring funds from your own account to another account
- Using third-party payment methods or accounts
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players
- Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems

9. Account Suspension & Closure
Account Closure by 99xc
99xc may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC)
- Extended period of account inactivity
Account Closure by the User
Any user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any available real money balance — however, bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
Balance Refund
Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of account closure will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 99xc will make the final decision on any balance refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
99xc strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, the service may temporarily be unavailable due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen events. 99xc will not accept liability for financial or any other compensation for such interruptions.
Third-Party Content

Personal Decisions
